Massive casino complex includes The Forum Shops—where the original location of Spago was (just down from Versace). The $20 trick worked when we stayed, and we were upgraded to a suite. The carpeting in the hotel towers is a more contemporary take on the Roman symbolism used throughout the casino.
The recently remodeled Nobu Hotel takes design cues from kintsugi: using the style throughout the new lobby carpeting (where the effect is enchanced by the relief stitching around each carpet segment); as well as the beautiful, luxurious hotel suites.
