Go call the governor, because Planet Hollywood (formerly Aladdin) was the home of Britney Spears’ surprisingly awesome Piece of Me residency (2013–2017), which we saw twice. Also, fun Hollywood memorabilia—like Data’s uniform from Star Trek: The Next Generation—were scattered throughout the two-story casino (there is no gaming on the mezzanine, though).
The last-generation carpeting was a random assortment of geometry—a lot of which actually resembles muscle and blood cells—and the main casino was covered in layers of squares in different sizes. The new carpeting is much darker, and more muted with small splashes of blue and red among an abstract grey field.
