EXCALIBUR
THE STRIP
OPENED 1990
The medieval-themed Excalibur was the largest hotel in the world when it opened in June 1990. Although it has since been toned-down, it is still one of the stronger-themed casinos on The Strip. The sharp geometry and bright colours of the last-generation carpet were replaced in 2017 with a more subdued collage of medieval architectural elements.
